West Melbourne’s long-talked-about Space Coast Town Center is finally showing signs
of real life on the ground, with its first wave of apartments and fast-food favorites now
open along U.S. 192. The rollout features Integra Station, the project’s first apartment
community, alongside quick-service staples Panda Express, Chipotle, and a new 7-
Eleven. Developers say this debut is just the opening act for a 225-acre live-work-play
district that is expected to bring thousands of homes, hotels, offices, and additional
retail over time.
