the hundreds of acres planned to become a shopping and living destination.
Space Coast Town Center, located along Space Coast Parkway and Interstate 95, is a
225-acre mixed-use “live-work-play” development in the works for West Melbourne.
The project hit a milestone as its first phase of residential and retail offerings has
opened to the public, with plans for more on the way
